Quality Assurance Policy – Hadara University College (formerly Al-Imam University College)

Hadara University College (formerly Al-Imam University College) is committed to adopting and implementing a comprehensive quality assurance system that constitutes an essential part of its institutional strategy and reflects its vision and mission in achieving academic and research excellence and serving the community. • The quality policy of the college is developed through the active participation of internal stakeholders, including the College Council, scientific and humanities departments, faculty members, administrative staff, and student representatives, through regular meetings and specialized workshops to review policies and propose improvements.
• This policy is formally approved within the administrative structure of the college and its academic council to ensure it is part of the strategic management.
• Administrative units and academic departments are responsible for implementing this policy through defined processes such as curriculum quality assurance, academic assessment mechanisms, performance monitoring, and the application of the quality management system at all levels.

2. Engagement of External Stakeholders

• The college recognizes the importance of cooperation with external stakeholders such as employers, the local community, professional bodies, and alumni, through surveys and regular consultative meetings, to ensure that academic programs align with labor market requirements and future developments.
• The college seeks to involve these parties in the evaluation of academic programs and the review of learning outcomes to ensure compliance with national and international standards.

Implementation and Review Mechanisms

• This policy is translated into practical procedures through a comprehensive framework of internal quality assurance processes, including:
planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• In addition to the Quality Assurance Division at Hadara University College (formerly Al-Imam University College), quality assurance liaisons in all departments, units, and divisions are tasked with implementation, alongside the formation of quality assurance committees at both departmental and college levels, to follow up execution and complete all required procedures to meet various quality requirements.
• This policy is subject to regular review through annual meetings involving both internal and external stakeholders to ensure it remains aligned with academic and technological developments and labor market requirements.
