Department of Law at Imam University College

The Department of Law is considered one of the main departments at Al-Imam University College and is recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in its book numbered C H / 5005 dated 10/25/2010.

The Law Department is one of the distinguished departments in the college in preparing a specialized legal cadre by establishing the concept and respect for the rule of law in the country, spreading the culture of social justice, protecting the rights and legal positions of individuals, interacting with the community and providing the best service to them, and strengthening cultural and scientific ties with the relevant institutions in order to reach accreditation. Required for quality higher education.

The most important objectives of the Law Department are:

1. Accepting students according to the strategic planning of the department, college, and ministry.

2. Developing scientific legal relations with corresponding colleges at home and abroad.

3. Keeping up with the progress of scientific legal research that addresses contemporary challenges to raise the level of knowledge in law for students.

4. Strengthening scientific twinning with corresponding colleges and specialized local, regional and international organizations.

5. Creating and opening departments for postgraduate studies to serve the state and society.
